Refund policy

I DO REFUND & EXCHANGES 

Within 7 days of receiving the item, you can contact me and let me know you’d like to return the item. Within 14 days of receiving the item, you can ship it back for a refund, correction, or exchange. The product should be sent in its ORIGINAL CONDITION – unused, clean, and free of odors. Products whose return or claim we cannot accept (if sent after the stated period, damaged due to inadequate packaging or incorrect usage) will be sent back to the client at his/her/their expense.

If possible, please send the item in its original packaging. After we receive the goods, we will either start making a new piece (exchange), correction or we will refund you for the price of the product.

Returns
Please note that only items with standard sizes such as XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL are eligible for return. ALL CUSTOM MADE ITEMS (items that have been made to your specific measurements) are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN! ITEMS ON SELE can be returned only in the case of manufacturing DEFECT.

Refunds
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and let you know that we have received it. The price of your item will be refunded in full, excluding the shipping costs. The refunded transaction can take up to 2 to 3 weeks.

Shipping
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. In case of an exchange or correction, the shipping cost for the second delivery from our side will be at the client’s expense.
